I don't measure my weight loss in lbs.
I don’t even own a scale. All I care about is that I feel healthy and strong, and that I feel good about my body. FYI, I am not a big girl. Last I checked I weighed 145 lbs and I am 5’5”. But it doesn’t matter. I measure myself in clothes sizes and muscles ;)

After being side tracked this summer by summer school, beautiful weather and an old back injury that keeps coming back time and again, I am now ready to get back on track with my workouts.
