i’ve made this rule that when i am running outside, and i run past/up/down some stairs, i have to run up and down them 10 times.
my calves are on fire today!
So in between all the stress of school and having 2 family members dying in the last year, I gained back all of the weight that I so proudly lost when I dumped my ex-bf.
And now I am feeling so shitty and low, and really in need of encouragement. Any words of wisdom?
first run in 6 months was rough as f*ck…
I started using the Nike+ ipod chip for my shoes, and the corresponding app, just because it is calibrated by the rhythm of your run and not by a GPS system. I feel like it gives me a more accurate measuring of my runs. I used to use RunKeeper, but whenever I would run through parks or in the woods the GPS would stop working. So now I am trying this, and am pleased so far.

So I am slowly but surely recovering from injury, and trying to do it right this time. But it´s so hard to hold back, and just get tired and frustrated a lot of the time.
I look at more naked girls on the Internet than my boyfriend does.
